Advice was provided to Scottish Widows and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association in relation to the acquisition of the former Royex House, following which development consultancy advice was provided and the leasehold ownership was restructured.

 

Detailed consideration was given to the optimum time at which to deliver the new building to the occupational market. Itwas completed in late 2006 at the peak of the rent cycle.
